I had a good experience shopping on Kina and Tam. At first I thought I’d just have a quick look around, but actually it was easier to use than I expected and I found what I wanted really quickly.

The product photos were clear, and the sizing/details were laid out in a way that made sense. I was slightly unsure at first, no wait, not really unsure, just double-checking things, but everything was easy enough to understand.

Checkout was fast and didn’t have any annoying extra steps, which I appreciated. My order confirmation came through right away too, so overall it felt smooth and I’d definitely shop there again.

i really liked it when it first showed up. the print was cute, the fit was close to what i expected from the pictures, and shipping was totally fine.
after a few washes, though, it started to feel a little thinner and the color faded more than i thought it would. i washed it on gentle with cold water, so that was kind of disappointing. it’s still wearable, just not as nice as it was at first, and for the price i was hoping it would hold up a bit better

The customer service team did eventually answer my question, but it took about two days to hear back, which was frustrating. I get that teams can be busy, but it doesn’t feel right to leave customers waiting that long without any kind of update. The answer itself was fine once it came through, I just think they should be more respectful of people’s time.

I ordered my usual size and when I tried it on—pretty sure it was the same day it arrived, or maybe the next morning, it fit really well. Not too tight at all, and the length was good too. I was debating sizing up before I bought it, but I’m glad I didn’t.

I’m a little confused how they always seem to have my size when other places don’t, but I’m not complaining. Found what I needed easily.

I think the design is cute overall. It has a nice look, but maybe there is a bit too much going on, so it feels little busy to me.

Everything showed up neatly packed, with no dents or messy wrapping, and the items felt really well protected. It didn’t seem rushed or thrown together like some online orders can.
